Women in Leadership Institute (WLI) an international leadership development organization founded by Amb. (Dr) Kema Chikwe to provide a professional and non-partisan platform for women in Nigeria and across Africa to develop their leadership capacity, so as to be able to take on constructive roles in the political and economic development of Nigeria and African in general has called for public participation in their webinar coming up next month.

Women contribute to 80% of Agriculture and Food production in Africa. Yet, women in agriculture are excluded from leadership that determines agriculture policy, and most importantly financing and funding.

WLI is determined to increase the number and the quality of female leaders across Africa in all sectors of the economy. In pursuit of this goal, and invites you to join the conversation to discuss creating enabling environments for women in Agriculture, ensuring profitability for them, and promoting policies that strengthen female-owned agribusinesses on the continent.
