Nigerian Eye Newspaper, Flo Fm and Abia Political Projects are poised for the civic gathering to mark the 30th Anniversary of the creation of Abia, which offers the opportunity of an all inclusive dialogue on the future of Abia and its people, taking place on the 28th of August 2021 at the Abuja International Conference Center on the theme: Memorizing the past, Deconstructing the present and Re-imagining the future of Gods Own State.
The event will feature presentation of Papers from respected technocrats and educationist drawn from the geopolitical zones of the state , civil society leaders, the media and opinion moulders will also be included in a discussion that will elaborate on the need of inculcating self sustaining ability, instilling positivism in the spirit of Abian’s thereby strengthening the bonds that unites the State and the Nation.
The lecture with Sub topics created from its theme, is expected to be handled by renowned Abians from all parts of the state in other to entertain diverse opinion from communities and diverse parties in a bid to obtain a rational ,harmonic and nationalistic report from the discussion with which to empower ,create and accelerate a road map towards a greater future of the state and also investigate the Abia Influences in national issues.
As confirmed by Dr Uduma Nnate the DG Abia Political Projects a selected individuals has been selected to present papers derived from the general theme of the event which is Memorizing the past,Deconstructing the present and Re-Imagining the future of Gods Own State, and are scheduled to be presented in this order by the following;

The Imperatives of Gender Balance In Abia State Politics will be presented by Nnenna Lancaster Okoro esq.
Security- Lt General Azubuike Ihejirika (rtd)
Former Director of Operations of the Nigerian DSS Chief Raymond Nkemdirim , Sir Chikwe Udensi, Hon. Nkeiruka Onyejiocha ,Chief Coach John Oguh and Honest Munachimso are leading the discussants at the the august event.
Senator Ifeanyi Patrick Ubah the gubernatorial candidate of Young Progressives Party (YPP) for Anambra election is expected as the guest speaker to the event.
Another highlight of the dialogue is the public presentation of Abia Book of Legacies a compendium that chronicled the historical diary of major event and people of Aba origin that contributed to the socio-economic and political elevation of Abia as well as Nigerians.
