The Campaign Organization of Chimaroke Oparaugo Ebeano, the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) candidate for Mbaitoli State Constituency rejects in its entirety the State Assembly election results for Mbaitoli State Constituency, as declared by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) earlier today.
The entire Mbaitoli election results particularly from Ihitte Mbieri, are marred by irregularities, process manipulations, massive over voting, vote buying, voter intimidation as well as other infractions which were earlier raised via a petition to the Electoral Officer and police division of Mbaitoli on the 18th of March 2023.
The outcome of the election as declared by INEC is therefore not a true reflection of the wishes and aspiration of the people of Mbaitoli Constituency and as such is not acceptable to us
Our campaign organization describes this as treasonable, and regrets that all the efforts made to sanitize the country’s electoral system have been eroded through the desperation and anti-democratic acts of the APC led-administration.

Chimaroke Oparaugo Ebeano appreciates the people of Mbaitoli Constituency for their unflinching support and assured that every step will be taken within the ambit of the Law to recover the mandate.
