BREAKING: Unknown Gunmen Wreak Havoc in Owerri, Multiple Locations Attacked

 

Owerri, Imo State – A wave of violence swept through Owerri today, as an unknown group of men went on a shooting spree, attacking multiple locations across the city.

 

Eyewitnesses report that the gunmen, whose identities and motivations are still unknown, targeted several areas, including Ikenegbu, Cherubim, Akwakuma, MCC Uratta, and the Imo State University (IMSU) junction.

 

In addition to these locations, the gunmen also invaded a hostel, leaving a trail of destruction and chaos in their wake.

 

Details of the attacks are still emerging, but sources confirm that multiple people have been injured, and there are reports of fatalities.

 

The Imo State Police Command has confirmed the incidents and has launched an investigation into the attacks.

 

“We are working to determine the identities and motivations of the attackers,” said a police spokesperson. “We urge anyone with information to come forward and assist us in our investigation.”

 

The attacks have sent shockwaves through the community, with many residents expressing fear and uncertainty.
