The All Nigerian Community (ANC) National Executive has extended an invitation to a wide array of delegates and representatives for this year’s National Congress. The event is set to take place today, Friday, August 2, 2024, at 1:00 PM in the main conference hall of the Nigeria High Commission.
The congress will gather members from various ANC Regional Chapters, Nigeria Corporate Institutions, and esteemed groups including the Board of Trustees (BOTs), the Council of Patrons & Elders, and notable community organizations. Key participants include representatives from the Arewa Community, Igbo Community, South-South Community, Yoruba Community, NIDO, NUTAG, and NANS. Additionally, the Association of Nigerian Women and Nollywood will be part of the event.
The Special Guest of Honor for the congress will be Charge D’ Affaires ai Ambassador Dayo Adeoye, who will be honored for his contributions and support. The Chief Host for the event is Hon. Chief Dr. Bayo Albert, who is also serving as the Chairman of the Organizing Committee.
Hon. Mazi Emeka Alozie will be present to offer announcements and provide updates throughout the congress. The National Public Relations Officer, Hon. Prince Wisdom Opurum, will oversee the event’s communication and ensure that all proceedings are smoothly conducted.
This year’s National Congress aims to foster unity and collaboration among Nigerian communities both at home and abroad.
