The African Cannabis Tour 2025 has been officially launched, offering professionals and enthusiasts a unique chance to explore the growing cannabis and hemp sectors in Africa. Organized by the AIE Project Partners Network, the tour promises a blend of business, culture, and hands-on experiences across six African countries.
The tour is designed to give participants access to emerging cannabis markets, starting with Uganda and Rwanda (March 2-16, 2025), followed by Ghana and South Africa (August 10-24, 2025), and concluding with Malawi and Zimbabwe (November 2-16, 2025). Each trip lasts 13 days, with a maximum of 15 participants per tour to ensure a personalized and impactful experience.
Participants will stay in three-star or better hotels and benefit from an all-inclusive package covering flights, meals, transportation, and visa assistance. Key highlights include visits to indoor and outdoor cannabis farms, processing facilities, research institutions, and interactions with government officials.
One notable feature of the tour is the presentation of the One Hectare Sustainable Farm Project, a groundbreaking initiative aimed at integrating the “Rebranding the Black Farmer” model into Africa’s agricultural framework. “Our mission is to drive foreign direct investment and collaborate with local farmers to enhance Africa’s cannabis and hemp industry,” the organizers explained.
Tour prices start at $500 deposit and a $750 administration fee per trip, with an annual package for all six countries available for $20,000.
