Leadership Transition and New Appointments Announced for Global African SHEROES Sisterhood

The SHEROES Executive Leadership Team has announced the appointment of four dynamic women to key leadership positions, effective October 1, 2024. This move is set to propel the organization’s mission of empowering African women globally.

 

The new appointees include:

1. Yvonne Esi Muller as International Host of GASU, focusing on global advocacy and outreach.

2. Mama Ade Olomo as International Host of the SHEROES International Sisterhood (SIS), bringing her extensive experience in community-building.

3. Princess Esther Akua George as International Host of the SHEROES Shop, where she aims to amplify women entrepreneurs through sustainable business practices.

4. Paula Joyce Chimene as Regional Host for Mozambique, who will spearhead efforts to uplift women’s voices in her region.

 

The appointments were celebrated during the 6th Annual SHEROES Work Retreat in Accra in September, where the leadership team emphasized their vision for the next phase of the organization.
