Amb. Engr. Kingsley Okwara Honored with Doctorate by Prowess University, USA

 

In recognition of his notable contributions to engineering, project management, and leadership in Africa, Ambassador Engineer Kingsley Onyekachi Okwara has been awarded an honorary doctorate degree by Prowess University, Delaware, USA. This prestigious honor acknowledges his work in fostering development in various sectors, including construction, oil and gas, and real estate.

 

Amb. Engr. Okwara is the Managing Director of BKING Engineering Services Ltd. and holds several academic degrees, including a B.Eng., MSc, and an Executive Masters in Multilateral Diplomacy and International Relations (EMADIR) from the African School of Diplomacy. He is also a member of respected institutions such as the Nigeria Society of Engineers (NSE) and the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN).

 

In his acceptance speech, Amb. Engr. Okwara expressed his gratitude to Prowess University, stating, “This recognition is not just a personal milestone, but a testament to the power of dedication and commitment to excellence. I am honored and will continue to use my skills to promote sustainable development, particularly in Africa.”

 

With an impressive career that includes leadership roles at Dayspring Project Development Company Ltd. and fellowships at the Chartered Institute of Information and Strategic Management, Amb. Engr. Okwara’s achievements extend across multiple industries. His involvement in large-scale projects has cemented his reputation as a leader in engineering and project management.
