Actualized Projects and Expansion into Nigeria
The Abuja office launch represents the next step in TADC’s long-term strategy to replicate its successful models from Ghana in Nigeria. In Ghana, TADC has:
– Launched the One-Hectare Sustainable Farm Program, creating a nationalized youth-led agricultural model aligned with climate-smart practices and economic empowerment
– Trained over 100 students from 15 African countries, with a 75% matriculation rate and 95% employment among top-tier graduates
– Partnered with local governments, universities, and the private sector to build a replicable, scalable agricultural ecosystem
Now, Nigeria becomes the next frontier. TADC aims to pilot the One-Hectare Sustainable Farm Model across multiple Nigerian states, focusing on youth job creation, value addition, and agri-business incubation.
In tandem, TADC will establish retail and export-based markets connected to the African Diaspora, enabling those abroad to invest, trade, and build agricultural businesses in Nigeria—bridging cultural heritage with economic opportunity.
