President Bola Tinubu will travel to Katsina State on Friday, May 2, for a two-day official visit aimed at strengthening security and commissioning major state projects.
The announcement was made by the President’s spokesperson, Mr. Bayo Onanuga, in a statement released on Thursday.
During the visit, President Tinubu will meet with local leaders and security stakeholders to review the security situation in the region. He will also commission two key projects: the Katsina Agricultural Mechanised Centre and a newly completed 24-kilometre dual carriageway, both facilitated by Governor Dikko Radda.
In addition to his official engagements, Tinubu is expected to attend the wedding ceremony of the governor’s daughter before returning to Abuja.
The President’s visit is part of his broader commitment to improving infrastructure and boosting security across Nigeria.
