Mr Joseph Aloba, the father of late Nigerian singer Mohbad, is set to put out an album as a tribute to his son.
Mohbad, an ex-signee of marlians Record Lavel, died on September 12 and was laid to rest in Ikorodu the following day amidst heart-wrenching scenes of mourning from family, friends, and supporters.
But on September 21, the police exhumed Mohbadโs corpse for autopsy and are awaiting the results.
This was due to the controversy surrounding his death.
In a now-viral flier, Aloba said the album titled โItunuโ is a tribute to the late singer.
Latsoul Films International produces the project.
Earlier this month, Aloba was spotted recording a song in the studio.
In the video, he could be seen singing passionately and advising people to be wary of their actions.
Aloba has been in the news since the passing of Mohbad, his second child.
Last month, there were calls from several Nigerians asking for the release of Mohbadโs body for burial.
Aloba, however, warned that nobody should collect his sonโs body for burial without his approval.
