LAGOS β Lagos State Governor, Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu, has presented official vehicles to directors in the Lagos State Public Service. This initiative aims to boost productivity, motivate staff, and enhance service delivery for Lagosians.
During the presentation at the State Secretariat, Alausa, on Thursday, Governor Sanwo-Olu, represented by the Lagos State Head of Service, Bode Agoro, highlighted the significance of this milestone in the administration’s commitment to excellence and efficiency. He emphasized the government’s dedication to better service delivery, performance, and motivation within the public service.
βIt is all about better service delivery, better performance, and more motivation. We want Lagosians to enter our offices and meet warm and friendly officials who are smart and willing to work faster and better. Lagosians deserve the best public service that is highly motivated and target-driven,β Sanwo-Olu stated.
He further expressed that the vehicles would enhance the productivity and efficiency of the directors, benefiting their official duties.
Abdulrafiu Fashola, Secretary of the Lagos State Staff Housing and Loans Board, expressed gratitude on behalf of the directors, acknowledging the profound impact of this gesture on their daily lives. βYour belief in us and your willingness to go above and beyond have truly touched our hearts,β Fashola said.
This initiative is part of the state government’s ongoing efforts to improve the efficiency and responsiveness of its public service.
