Honorable Tochukwu Okere, the Member of Parliament for Owerri Federal Constituency, is leading an initiative aimed at addressing food scarcity and inflation in the region. His approach focuses on supporting local farmers with the necessary resources to boost food production.

The fertilizers will be distributed exclusively to verified farmers through the Toska Care Initiative, located at the Toska Constituency office on Egbu Road, Owerri. This move is part of Okere’s broader strategy to reduce reliance on temporary aid and instead foster long-term agricultural development.
