Obowo LGA, Imo State — Rt. Hon. Kennedy Chidozie Ibeh, Member representing Obowo IMHA and Former Speaker, has extended his best wishes to all candidates contesting for Chairmanship and Councilorship positions in the ongoing All Progressives Congress (APC) primaries for Obowo Local Government Area.
In a statement released today, Ibeh acknowledged the impressive credentials of all aspirants while reminding them that only one Chairmanship candidate and one representative from each of the ten wards will be chosen. He stressed the importance of electing leaders who prioritize peace and unity within Obowo LGA.
Ibeh emphasized the need for a Chairman who remains neutral and is fully committed to advancing the goals of Governor Hope Uzodimma’s 3R Government, steering clear of any factional loyalties. He expressed his trust in the political expertise of Governor Uzodimma, APC State Chairman Sir Dr. Macdonald Ebere PhD, and LGA Chairman Mrs. Matildah Iroh to lead the selection process.
He praised the leadership of Imo State APC for their foresight and efforts during the primaries, reaffirming his loyalty to the decisions reached.
