Ukadike Condoles with Family of Late Pa Ayo Adebanjo, Afenifere Leader

Abuja, Nigeria –The National Publicity Secretary of the Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria (IPMAN),  Mr Ukadike Chinedu (Eshiagu) has extended his heartfelt condolences to the family of the late Pa Ayo Adebanjo, a respected leader of the Yoruba socio-political group, Afenifere.

In a statement, Mr Ukadike Chinedu (Eshiagu) expressed deep sorrow over the passing of Pa Adebanjo, describing him as a patriotic statesman who dedicated his life to the pursuit of democracy, good governance, and justice in Nigeria. He praised the late Afenifere leader for his unwavering commitment to the welfare of the Nigerian people and his significant contributions to national development.

“Pa Ayo Adebanjo was a fearless advocate for democracy and an elder statesman whose wisdom and leadership shaped Nigeria’s political landscape. His passing is a great loss to the nation, especially at a time when his voice of reason and guidance is needed the most,” Ukadike stated.

He extended his sympathies to Adebanjo’s family, the Afenifere group, and all who were inspired by his leadership, urging them to find strength in his legacy of service and dedication to Nigeria.

Mr Ukadike Chinedu (Eshiagu) also called on the government and the people of Nigeria to honor Pa Adebanjo’s memory by upholding the values he stood for—equity, justice, and good governance.

The late Pa Ayo Adebanjo was a renowned nationalist, political leader, and elder statesman known for his strong advocacy for democracy and restructuring in Nigeria. His death marks the end of an era in the nation’s political history
