Day 1: Meet and Greet (September 19)
The Sixth Annual SHEROES Work Retreat will begin on Thursday evening with an exciting *Meet and Greet* in Accra. Women from various parts of the world will gather to connect, network, and share their stories. The event is expected to create a vibrant atmosphere, setting the stage for a powerful retreat. This opening session will emphasize unity, offering participants a chance to bond and prepare for the inspiring days ahead.
Day 2: HEAL Day (September 20)
Friday will mark *HEAL Day*, a full day dedicated to personal growth and healing. Participants will take part in workshops designed to address emotional well-being, mental health, and self-care. Expert speakers will guide attendees through strategies to overcome challenges and promote inner peace. By the end of the day, participants are expected to feel rejuvenated, with a deeper sense of connection and support as they embark on their healing journey together.
Day 3: GLOW Day (September 21)
Saturday’s GLOW Day will focus on celebrating the inner and outer strength of women. Sessions will be aimed at boosting confidence, enhancing self-esteem, and promoting personal empowerment. Attendees will participate in activities designed to encourage self-love, body positivity, and personal growth. By the end of the day, women will leave glowing with newfound confidence and a stronger sense of self-worth.
Day 4: GROW Day (September 22)
The retreat will conclude on Sunday with *GROW Day*, a day dedicated to personal and professional development. Workshops will provide practical tools for leadership, financial independence, and career advancement. Participants will be encouraged to take bold steps toward achieving their personal goals and growing within their communities. The retreat is expected to end on a high note, with women feeling inspired, empowered, and ready to continue supporting one another on their journeys of growth.
